Artist's Description
A late 1940's Fordson Major Tractor. This one was still running on a TVO (Tractror Vapourising Oil) engine. Once a reliable and steady farm workhorse now living out its retirement as a beach tug at Cromer Norfolk, UK. The poor old girl's body and metalwork has certainly seen better days and one wonders just how much longer it will survive 24/7 in the salty sea air and water on the beach!
